Welcome to ELC (Eplet Load Calculator), tool to determine the HLA Eplet Load (based on the EpRegistry Database) between donors and recipients or between two alleles.
Both of these uses are available for unique runs (one donor/recipient pair or one allele pair) or batch mode.
It is advisable to read the short documentation (available in English and in French) to understand how the website works.

1- First Disclaimer, ELC entirely relies on the EpRegistry Database. The EpRegistry Database may not longer be updated*. An illustration of incorrect alignments can be found in this video. R. Lhotte got in touch about this specific issue with the EpRegistry team on Sunday 22 May 2022.

Supposedly, there is a new team working on it, but the bugs detected are still here a year later despite our efforts to let them know.
2- Second disclaimer, ELC currently uses Version 2025-02-01 of the EpRegistry Database (and IPD-IMGT/HLA: 3.59). There might be a delay (few months) between the release of a new version of the EpRegistry Database and the update of ELC.
