DRB3 → recognizes all DRB3 alleles (DRB3*01, DRB3*02, DRB3*03, etc.)DRB3*01 → recognizes all DRB3*01 subtypes (DRB3*01:01, DRB3*01:62, etc.)DRB4 and DRB5 → same logic applied- Each allele now has its specific frequency instead of combined values
- Mode differentiation:
DR51/DR52/DR53 → fill USG modes, DRB3/DRB4/DRB5 → UA mode only
- Column renamed: USG+C/DP → USG+C/DP/DQA
